I love sanchin for the feeling of power you get while doing it, and the knowledge you've worked after you've done it...
but I have to agree with the majority thus far and say Tensho is my absolute favourite, largely due to the fact that I never fail to create a very peaceful, focussed mind when I do it...it's just very powerful.
the pinan katas gave me a lot of trouble at first, 'cuz I did Shotokan in high school and the similarity to the Heian katas was troublesome.
