I'm training Ashihara Karate. The only differences between Ashi & Kyoku:
1) We use throws and take down techniques
2) We got different kata's
3) We got another point system during kumite
It's much like the same
( but I prefer Ashihara.. cuz it takes much more strategy in the kumites, when it is legal to throw ;b )
