hehe my friend does skateboarding a lot and broke his board like 5x.
So I can imagine you could break something easily if you take the hit instead of the board.
Anyway, the method in the videoclip looks very original. Never thought of usin g weights like that.
I used to get a lot of injuries around my calf area so I tried some exercises described in a video ( Titanium ankles) at dogentricks.com
Always train your shins if you train your calfs and vice versa.
