I would eat a high protein cereal or eggs for breakfast(Kashi Cereal is great)
Have a snack inbetween of Trailmix or Fruit or Jerky(I get low sodium Turkey Jerkey)
Then Lunch. Again I try to have some protein,veggies and light carbs
Afternoon Snack (Usually I have a banana)
Dinner
If you still feel the hunger then a light snack at least 1 hour before bedtime.
I have turned into a label reading freak on my food. You would be surprised how much stuff that is good for you has some bad ingredients(High Fructose Corn Syrup!)
Try to cut out sugars that you dont need and just eat more proteins and vegetables. Watch the starches and carbs and by eating 5-6 times a day in smaller portions then 3 big meals your metabolism will boost as well.
