I disagree with the "eat less, sweat more" philosophy.
My school of thought is "eat more, sweat even more".

In order to have the energy to have a very intensive and productive workout, you need energy, hence calories, hence FOOD!!! Not any food, obviously. The more intense your workout is, you'll find that you are hungry. Just don't overdo it.
