I love icecream but to my knowledge it's not good for you - not necessarily bad in moderation, but it doesn't contribute much. It contains a lot of sugar (or even worse sweeteners) and the milk in it has been treated (mostly boiled) and then frozen - almost all its nutritional qualities have been lost. Also the flavourings, if natural, not much nutritional value, if artificial, even worse!
But I do have it every day and nothing tastes better than icecream (except chocolate icecream!
