I eat at least a dozen eggs a week. (And I love my steaks, lamb, and all sorts of supposedly cholesterol-laden foods) I had my cholesterol checked quite recently, and both HDL, LDL and triglycerides levels were all good.
I think that different people process foods differently. (Which is also why my friend N can eat slab after slab of A 4 size chocolate, and still be ripped.
