I am joining the Dojo in October and these one and a half months as advised by you all I am going to prepare myself by improving my stamina.
I have been running for the last 1 week and will try to increase the distance that I am able to cover now (1 km up and 1 km down in 14 minutes with a 5 minute break after the first km.)It's a slow start but I will get better.Thanks again to all.Your inspiration was much required.
