Osu Seienchin I second this - I have very good control over my head kicks in dojo sparing, basically just clipping your ears to remind you too block but I still managed to chip someones tooth last week I felt bad and he had a dentist bill to pay which I'll be a damed sight more than the £5.00 a gum shield would have cost
