For my 36th birthday i decided to do everything with the number 36 in mind. So after about a 15 minute warm up run, I ran 36 intervals, with a 15 minute cool down at the end. Then I stretched for 20 minutes holding each stretch for 36 seconds. Then I did 36 reps of each machine in my circuit at the gym. My intention was to do 36 sets, but I managed to make it to 3.5 sets before crashing.
I repeated this for my 37th birthday but with the number 37 in mind.
at 38 I drank.
