As we've been redirected I'll answer Walshy's question I think Clicker is an invaluable learning tool to becoming a good technical knockdown fighter with both speed and power - I have found the ones who dismiss it have, in the main never fought (or even seen it done) at any sort of high level.
When I first started Kyokushin you did Clicker first then Knockdown once you got to about 8th or 7th Kyu. This way you had speed, control and a degree of foot work skills before getting all worked up about getting or giving a bashing - those who don't like it usually lack the required control for it, this is not a total criticism but an observation - if you train in a knockdown biased dojo and do knockdown from day 1 you are going to find it hard to focus on just the speed and precision of the technique - lots of top knockdown fighters also won Clicker comps - Dave Pickthall to name 1, lost of others have not there's no hard and fast rule about it.
