No problem, I completely understand.
In my view, once you can control yourself during sparring, you should be able to handle a full knockdown kumite.
By the way, I've had the honor of sparring with Senpai Benoit, I tell ya, If I wasn't bigger then he is, I would have been taking care of a long time ago.
