This is an annual event shared between three Dojo's (Toronto Kyokushinkai Karate, Mississauga Kyokushinkai Karate and Karate Club Kitchener Kyokushinkai Karate). Each year we change the host. Last year I was the host, this year it is being hosted by Mississauga Kyokushinkai Karate,
100 kumite.
Shihan will be leading a full day Seminar on Saturday Septemeber 13th, 2008. We will start at 10:00 AM with a 1 hour training for children. Adults will be from 11-1, then a break for 30 minutes for lunch and then from 1:30 to 4PM.
Morning training for adults will be Kata. Aftrernoon training will be Kihon, Kumite techniqes and then at the very end the fights for the few peple who will be grading that day. We will also be working Bo and Tonfa Kata.
