hi, im chris
'chuck' as some fellas call me
was training in mma/bjj submissions for the last 6 months and have decided not for me.
i used to participate in karate as a child and now at 24 have decided to give it a go again,
i have 3 goals
-discipline
-progression
-fitness (strength/flexibility)
i have just started in kyokushin karate in papakura love the sparring

(kumite i believe

) mixed with kata.
i have grown up in nz playing rugby league and soccer for my provincial teams, over the last few years have let my fitness slip but once focused i believe i can be tops at what ever i do
after looking through the forum yoiu blokes and ladies seem tops i will learn what i can and if it seems acceptable i will give you what i learn as i progress.
