Thursday AM Conditioning Sprints & 100 Push ups 400 crunches
PM Karate 2 hours teaching 1.5 hours training
PM Endurance Bike 12 x 4 min rounds 1 min rest
Friday AM Conditioning Sprints & 100 Push ups 400 crunches
PM Weight training for power
Saturday AM Conditioning Sprints & 100 Push ups 400 crunches
AM Technique Sparing session - Working on combinations
Sunday AM Swimming 1 hour swim or bag work
2 PM Endurance Bike 12 x 4 min rounds 1 min rest
This has been my routine for a while, the main target being at least 14 hours training per week but my new Job is going to severally cut into this from next week so it'll probably halve - really wanted to keep it going till Nov. to prep for tourneys but work comes first so maybe I've already retired, I just don't know it yet.
