It depends on what mood Im in and what training Im doing, obviously if meditating either no music or some calming music, or if [i]m doing yoga Ill listen to electronica(soft) or meditation music. But for working physically, its either metal, techno, or Heavy/death metal. Alot of Amon Amarth, Dir En Grey, Rammstein, Megaherz etc etc. or soem times I dont listen to any thing.
