This is called dynamic stretching, within 1 to 2 months you will be able to reach your maximum potential dynamic stretch. Dynamic stretching is based off various scientific stretching books and I know a few fighters whom have tried it and admit that it does work. I'm doing this so I can kick super-high, I'm on my 3rd day so far lol!
Just read the dyanmic stretching part..the static and all that you don't need to.
