Thats so true. When I started training we trained in a hall out the back of a Pioneer Club in Dublin and when it rained the roof leaked and all the whiet belts were literally standing in water. The place smelled and in winter it was often warmer outside than in but it was one of the best places I have ever trained - talk about spirit!!
