Yes it is open to other countries. I believe there already a few fighters signed up from neighbouring countries.

Also for those that are interested in participating in this tournament...

Applications close this Friday the 26th of March. However, if you can't get your forms to the organisers by that date, then please just send in an email to Sensei Dominic Hopkins (email address on the linked website) advising that you would like to compete. Then you can send in the forms the week after.

Cheers

Are you fighting Jeff?

Of course I will!

Someone has to represent the hopeless, overweight, wannabe, hungover (night before drinks sometimes(*always*) get out of hand), middle aged people of the world in these tournaments.

The good news is that there are plenty of applications coming in so I should be able to be easily forgotten at the end of the day! ha.

Hope things are well for you and your wife over there!!!!

By the way - those of you who haven't got an application in yet - it is not too late. Just email Sensei Dominic via the website and advise him that you would like to compete.

Especially since I'm not there to bugger up my kata and set an all-time record for no score like at the nationals? :D

Things are good mate, keeping busy and out of trouble. :)
