Hi, what do you want to improve? What's your aim? I must say that you learn from mistakes and try not to make same mistakes.
Watch videos on youtube.com to inspire you. osu
By the way you should make a thread like this in the Q&A forum.

The best advice I can give you right now is to work on strong knockdown basics. Good punching and low kicks is the best start point. You can always add the more technical stuff later. Most young fighters want to knock everyone out and are too eager to go for the big knockout.
As for drills rather than get dozens of replies here and trying to make a program why not talk to your Sensei and see what they come up with. As you get more experienced you drop some of it and perhaps add what you learn here if it is in keeping with your style of fighting.

Yer stay calm and also work on fitness. I believe that stamina is one of the most important factors. Don't go for a big knockout as Bloke mentioned always set it up. osu
