Just like in kyokushin there are a number of organizations, i'm curious to know if there are split organizations in Ashihara style? If so what are they? Osu.

K4L Azimuth 10-23-2006, 09:33 PM First there is the NIKO organisation under the leadership of Hidenori Ashihara son of the late Hideyuki This is the Honbu homepage http://www.ashihara-karate.com/ Than you have the AIKO Organisation led by Shihan Dave Jonkers from Holland ( Sem Schilts Organisation ) under the wings of the IBK A lot of their clubs go under the name Budokai. Dobbersky 10-27-2006, 11:31 AM I thank you for your warm welcome, I would like to know what is it about Ashihara Karate that keeps us 'Loyal' and gives us that supurb feeling, Also I find that when Sparring, If some 'places' a good technique on me I congratualate them and some time ask them to do it again so that I may learn this technique.
