Ous! Anyone know where I can find kyokushin classes on a saturday in london? Training once or twice a week at the mo but would like to fill my saturday tv time with some training. Anyone?:cool:

If you want 1st class instruction look up Shihan David Pickthall (Crawley Dojo) and or Shihan Graham Warden. Both are IFK and turn out phenomenal fighters! Worth the travel.
