This is a pretty friendly place, and we like to threat it pretty much as a dojo. Basically, if you regard it as if you are guest training in a dojo, you cant go wrong. You dont have to like everyone or agree with them, only when you disagree -do it in a polite way :-) You dont have to respect every one, but even where respect is not possible, go with common courtesy -just as if you were in a dojo.
