interesting auction---ichigeki dogi

Looking around on Yahoo Auctions Japan....and came across this....

A slightly used Ichigeki dogi....name has not been written anywhere on it...the tag on the inside has the character "5" written on it...

It is a size 4...and at this point is bloody cheap, starting bid is 1500 yen!!

osu, its very nice of u to offer and yr the first i thought of when i was thinking of buying it. but i looked at yr location and well, i'm in asia....you'll be going to japan then back to nyc i believe and then shipping frm there back to asia again. the dogi travels around the world! rofl

Without getting too political, I was under the impression the IKO-1 Gi's were going to have to drop the Kyokushin Kanji?

i think its the kanku, not the kanji

But the kanku has never been a compulsory part (not under all circumstances) of the dogi I think.

Standard IKO-1 Isami dogi's sold in Japan only have the kanku on the outside label of the jacket and pants, above the words KARATE KYOKUSHINKAI....not embroidered or anything.
