There has been events in Bulgaria and Brazil, but nothing in Japan. The one with Filho x Bonjasky was not doing well either. The first one (Musashi vs Noji Ryuta), although a full house, could attract mostly Kyokushin students and their family as I have heard. I think this is quite true as many of the fights would not be interesting to people outside Kyokushin. And some of the fights, especially those "Kyokushin vs non-Kyokushin under Kyokushin rules" are simply boring. As for DVD there are no official DVD for those Ichigeki events in Japan. The money in making those events available on DVD should be better spent on charity. |
