Anyone can provide information about camps in your country? daisukey 04-26-2006, 06:14 AM The branch i was in a couple of months ago, we went in a mountain where the place is about 40 mins drive away from town. We trained there for 3 days, first got there around 6pm on Friday then a session. After that, we slept. Next day, we woke up at 6am then went for a run for abour 30 mins. After that we had a short session. At 8am we had a breakfast. At 9:30am. We had a session again, it was based on ido-geiko and katas. At 11:30am, we took a break for lunch. At 1pm, Another session, this time it was based on pads / strength / endurance trainings. At 3pm, a break again. At 4:30pm, the last session of the day till 6pm. then a dinner. We had a few activities after that. At 10pm, we went to bed peacefully. Last day on Sunday, we work up at 6am for a run, and a short session till 8:30am. A breakfast. At 9:30am, the last session of the camp. Mainly pads and sparring. At 12 Lunch, after lunch we cleaned up and left the camp. Martin H 04-26-2006, 10:51 AM A few summer camps for the WKO faction. Stockholm 16 june - 18 june, Shihan Brian Fitkin (7th dan WKO. 6th dan from Sosai) is the main instructor European Summer camp in Hungary, Budapest. 24 june - 28 june, Shihan Howard Collins (7th dan from Sosai) and Shihan Furkó Kálmán (6th dan) are the main instructors. |
