not only the kata is great but the girl that performs it. She has such swift and precies moves that it is just amazing to see this video. What do you think of the idea this kata's moves to be changed with their Kyokushin alternatives and to make a kata that can be played from kyokushin practioners in order to receive the mental preparation that shitokai karatekas achieve by doing it :?:

Very nice kata. Chatanyara Kusanku, a version of our Kanku no kata. Although a with a few generations of modifications different.
