Tuesday was the Kanto Kouryuu Jiai, a big tournament in Oyama, Tochigi prefecture. Both Ryuuji and I entered and we had the same results-- we won the first fight in the first round, and lost the second. Watching the video I see a billion things I need to work on, but I'm proud of myself because I feel like I did a lot better than I did last time, both mentally and physically. I know if I keep working at it, I'll win eventually! I hope so, anyway. D: Osu-JP1

I remember about a year ago you were still all padded up in semi-contact and now I think you have been enjoying full-contact and there is no turning back! Have fun.

That was actually a jodan yokogeri (high side kick). I was as shocked as she was when she went down!

Great effort, well done, my next tournament is in march...so it looks like we are on a similar training path! I'm just about to write out Sandman's training schedule to help me get on track.

I like the part when you do yoko geri. it's shocked. :)
I realize post your fight here might pump up your motivation, and others could give comment about your fight. There might be a good sugestion for you to be better. like having another instructor. :)
