Okay i heard big bangs outside my window so I looked out the window and saw beautiful fireworks!
Anyway I think I have hurt my hip joint when I was practicing ushiro mawashi geri yesterday. mm only 2 weeks to go and I hope this injury won't stop me from training.. [Image] |
