Set for a while

Posted 07-09-2010 at 08:19 PM by powerof0ne
So after waiting months I settled on finishing my degree in my 'home town' and moved into a house in a decent area a little over a week ago.

Been doing hot yoga and increasing my training. Getting some of my flexibility back and watching the pounds come off in preparation for Scotland.

Been making calls and emails around the area to set up my own dojo around here either in September or October. Will be busy but that's good, because when I have too much free time on my hands I tend to make some stupid decisions.

School starts full time for me September 20th and my schedule for that is a bit scattered but then again I waited to the last second and was lucky I have the schedule I have. I also only live about a 5 minute drive from where I'll be going to school.

When I'm more in my 'prime' I'll be detailing a more in depth training guide to how I'm preparing. Right now I'm focusing on getting to a comfortable level to where I feel I can really set the pace. If anybody has any questions go ahead and pm me and I'll be happy to assist you. Over the years I have found great benefit in getting with a nutritionist, as well.

I wish you the best in your new home. Keep us up to date on that dojo that you are working on. When are you heading for Scotland?

Scotland

Headed for Scotland around December 10th, almost bought my ticket last night but want to verify one last thing with Senshido that I forgot! doh!

I will be returning around the 22nd/23rd, so I can make it home for Christmas holiday.

To support my organization I will probably be in England sometime next summer, too.

I might make a trip to Japan due to having a friend that has lived there for years and to watch some fights & hopefully get in some training, myself!
Osu!
