I've stopped counting my push ups

Oh Gosh.. I've just up and stopped counting my push ups, and I've been trying to make it to match Dent's post count.
The very last mention that I made was in November, 2009, and I had accumulated 6,995.
I've been doing tons of push ups. I lose count as I'm doing them because I'm not counting, I'm breathing, and focusing on proper posture, and putting my full effort into the push up.
Either way, I believe that I'm still far behind Dent's current post count of 14,552. Even if I give myself a conservative push up count of 300 per week. 12 X 300 = 3600 ( I know that I've done more than that.. but since I didn't keep count.. I'll accept what this gives me.)
6,995 + 3,600 = 10,595
I have successfully passed Sandman's current post count of 9,123 which was my latest goal!
I'm close.. really close. Maybe I'll match Dent's post count within this year.. maybe?

Um.. not really.. I can't seem to assess if I'm getting better or stronger or not. I'm always giving my best.. so it feels like I'm giving my all.. all of the time. I've noticed that I can do more push ups in a row now with less problems. |
