the spider web.

Today was interesting. It was the last day of school for the holidays and I had fun with my class. However my topic is not from today. It is from a few months ago. It contains religious material so if you will be offended then don't read.
I always realize how much I need proper training, but sometimes it effects me more at some points.
I was thinking about how much I needed it and how my trainings here are not helping.
I was upset of the fact that this situation which is one of the most impotent is completely out of my control. I was almost the question of not even doing kyokushin so I won't lie to myself about being part of the ultimate truth.
After thinking for a few hours on it, I suddenly remembered a story I got from an Internet friend.
Once upon a time naval soldier landed in an island which had hundreds of caves. Soldier's from the opposing army chased him trying to get the kill. He out ran them with enough time to find a cave and hide in it.
He thought to himself, " I know they will look in each cave in search of me, I'm only delaying the inevitable."
the then prayed to God for Protection. Suddenly out of nowhere a small spider cam out and started to weave a web around the entrance of the cave.
the man started to curse God for giving him something so weak and easily penetrable when he needed something like a brick wall.
Hours passed and no one came. He waited longer and realized that the spider web acted as a deterrent. No one would go inside a cave if they thought no one was there.
The man then apologized to god for not believing he was helping and then realized that with god something as simple as a spider web was as effective as a brick wall.
