Its been a while since my last post.
That doesn't mean that I've stopped my training sessions....No Way!
I've just been busy. Now that the dojo is closed for the holidays, I've been running 6 days a week about 4-5 km. I still have the stiff feeling in my injured finger but finally it's getting better. My weight is now 68.5 kg and still dropping

If have kept some rest the last few days and it worked. My legs isn't swollen anymore.
I can bend it but it still hurts.
Yesterday we gave one the students his birthday present. Nintai style! He had to fight everyone, starting with the white belts.
When it was my turn we only used our fists to spare my leg.
I noticed that I looked for holes in his defence and without thinking started with combo's.
Sense and ksan's efforts are starting to work......finally

Today we started with chudan mawashi geri's on the pads, just to get warmed up. A little later ksan joined us. Sparring was difficult this time. Ksan and sense switched so I had a fresh opponent every now and then. Unfortunately I kicked sense right into "the crown jewels" (sorry for that ).
Later sense accidentally hit me right on/above my right knee, so now it's getting blue and thick.
Also the upperleg muscle is completely stiff if I sitt still for more then 5 minutes....

Today I went to the dojo early.
At 9.00Am I started running on a treadmill.
Did 1.5km in 6 minutes.
Then sense came in and warned me that the junior class was about to begin. Before that we did some sparring. After the junior classes we continued training. First we put on boxing gloves, so that the arms felt really heavy.
After that we adjusted elastic ropes to the arms and legs and did lots of punching and kicking. So now I'm gonna enjoy my well deserved weekend (probably...

yesterday we had a mixed training.
first technical, as the gradings will be coming soon.
After that we started with kumite training.
I start to notice that my extra training sessions are working. My first opponent was getting tired so I quickly switched to a fresh one.
After that I had one more switch. Didn't feel tired and kept on going. Ended the session with lots of puches to the stomach. So now I'm feeling muscles protesting (I didn't even know I had some many muscles...
