Hello. I know that I have never really done kyokushin but mostly displayed a desire to train one day.
I relise that I have not posted on here for a long time.
I decided to not do kyokushin and go to an MMA class in a town slightly neer me.

Yeah I bet some people knew I would do this. They were right. Proovs they know about kyokushin and people.

I remember great service and help from this site and great benefets from even doing the little amount of kyokushin...

Today I gave an informative speech about karate. I gave basic info which I got from Gichin funakoshi's autobiography and some kyokushin sites.
I also read something in an 80s sport records book about karate.
