Friday evening: 90mns Kyokushin (bag training + kata's )

Week from 14 to 20 of june 2010

Monday: Rest day

Tuesday: 8k running in the afternoon.
1:30 hour Kyokushin (tech and sparring).

Wednesday: Rest day

Thursday: 10.5k running
5x20 pushups
5x20 abs
