Started with Kyokushin and now do Enshin. Still have so much to learn! I love K4L and strive to improve myself! 
Ranking Test!

I am getting ready for my first Ranking test in Enshin. It should be August 30th. 
I have to memorize 2 of the Katas(Shiro,Aoi no Kata)and I am sure all of my basics. I am sure I will do fine but I cant help but be nervous! I have to work extra hard the rest of this month to make sure I pass the muster!

if you know your stuff the only big probleme could be stress if you can manage that you'll be just fine.i am not gonne wish you luck cause it doesnt have anything to do with it if you work hard your gonna get what you deserve.
By the way what is the gradding like kata,fights,basics etc... |

I dont know for sure how the grading is but I think for pre-Green belt its just basics and kata's and knowing your terminology.
I know there is Kumite for the Brown and Black belts for sure. |
