I own this video and I absolutely love it. I believe that budoshop in Ikebukero, Tokyo sells it. You can check out their website (budoshop dot co dot jp) or send them an email. (I would include the link but I am not allowed yet...not enough posts. Hopefully my creative method doesn't get me flagged or banned.)
