Arnica and Voltarene gel for sale

I picked up a couple packages of both Arnica and Voltarene on my recent journeys to Europe (as they don't seem to sell this as readily in North America)

The gel is supposed to assist in managing the swelling, and help bruises heal quicker.

I am not aware if there are different concentrations of gel, as this is what the pharmacy had on hand when I played charades with the pharmacist!! ( I should learn French and Danish....it would have made it much easier!)

I remember being able to buy Voltaren in Australia but the price was pretty steep too... and make sure you ask before you help yourself to some if you see it lying around the dojo lol...
