			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>So while training I tried to catch a chudan mawashi geri but the kick swerved and hit my ring finger which briefly dislocated. I screamed out in shock because it looked so weird. The ring finger crossed over my pinky finger. I ended up popping it back in place. I went to the doctor and they said I may have torn a ligament and that it was strained. We were preparing for Fighters Cup coming up soon in SF and I'm unsure what to do. I've been icing it and I buddy taped the ring finger to my middle finger and I've been icing it. Will it heal up before the tournament which is two weeks from now?<br />

The finger feels fine, like, I can move it, but I can't make a proper fist or bend it too much.</div>
