Osu!
Excellent spirit! Every once in a while there are those people who really stand out for this. Anyone remember the less tall Japanese fighter from the 8th World Champs (IKO1)? A very special one for me was Aaron Koh vs Anthony Paljouw a few years ago. (1st Indonesia Open, held in Bali.) Aaron is about 1.6m and 60kg, while Anthony is 1.9m and 100kg. Aaron just went forward at about 300kph, and although he ultimately lost that fight, he did win the most spirited fighter award! (And a very partisan crowd cheered for him, the only foreign fighter to experience that.) Osu!

Dent > Yes I remember the small Japanese fighter "ono?" fighting Glaube Feitosa! What a spirit!
In IKO1 37th All Japan open tournament, "Matsuoka" fought "Kondo - the jusensha". Matsuoka weighed 70KG and Kondo weighed 130KG or something.. Amazingly Matsuoka won the weight decision after extensions. |

Wow that was hardcore. I thought that high kick from the taller woman was gonna knock the shorter one out!

Great spirit in both fights. Makes me feel humble as I try and get down to light weight so as not to fight middle weights!
Gotta say though I feel sorry for the big guy's in these situation - you knock them out your a git to you loose you're a wuz no win. Small guy, you get knocked out, you had guts - you get through it and win on weight you were awesome - win win.
