hiya!
Im new here, but i feel your pain... I have had to skip a training session or 2 due to this as i feel too sick and too tired, and as said above dont feel like putting on white and doing high kicks either! lol...i take some panadol and try use a heat bag on my stomach but i find i usually just need to go home and rest after work and have a night off... it really sux ![]() |

This isnt much help but I found that my symptoms got a lot better with training. So much in fact that I barely get any cramps or anything at all. I just train as usual (though make sure Im "extra secure'' lol)

When I have my periods, the only issue for me to go training is that is a bit unconfortable to wear white pants, but i solved that by wearing extra shorts under my pants.
Further I don't have a lot of pain anymore during periods. Before I took the pil, I did have a lot of pain, and I had them really hard so after almost two weeks I had no energy left. Ofcourse I don't know your situation, but taking the correct pil (if you take it) really effects the pain, the duration and the intensity of your periods. |
