Of course yes! But please make sure the terms of use of pictures if you are going to take pictures from other websites.

It may also be best to re-host the pictures on a 3rd party server, so that we are not draining bandwidth from those sites.
www.image-upload.net is a good site, easy to use, to host pictures vapor

I think Sokaiya is doing great jobs getting info on fighters profiles but can we limit to only very known world champions or upcoming fighters? or else we should have a sub section for casual fighters??

Haha, yeah. I think I am going a bit overboard on a lot of these guys. But it's hard to distinguish who exactly is an upcoming fighter because groups like Matsushima, Tezuka, Rengokai, Royama, even Shinkyokushin are very much lesser known to Kyokushin community.
Should I just include the Top 2 of "All the rest"? Edit Actually, I guess until I find out more about these guys, I won't post up anymore profiles.

I say, go all out! As long as you can keep finding this excellent info, and have the energy to post it, please do!
It is easier to ignore info you dont need, than to find info that isnt there. As you say, its hard to know sometimes who is a major fighter.

I agree with Martin - the more the merrier. Being from one group often means that you dont know who is a top or up and coming fighter in other groups and this way we can learn who to watch out for.

Also, don't be affraid to ask for help. If there is interest in the subject, there is volunteers for sure.
suggestion, a sub site of k4L could be made to handle all that data. where you would be able to present the fighter info in a more flexible way. A good database to store the information (mysql or any else) PHP to make the info more dynamic and more effective. You can also create a content management system similar to the one used for this forum to manage the subsite. There is also CMS ready to use for free or at a low price out there.
