Post Arnica Cream - relieve bruises
Arnica cream is WELEDA's top-selling herbal product. This cream can be used to relieve bruises, sprains & strains of any muscles, including the back. It can also be used before and/or after exercise to help relieve muscle ache, and for the temporary relief of the pain of arthritis or rheumatism, and other inflammation of the joints.

I use Nelsons Arnica pilules and they are great. We've been discussing Arnica in this thread for a while

they do use this on racehorses etc, i will be loooking out for which of you guys is munching oats at the next tournament[cream for humans]..????????????

Seriously, and back on topic, I was reading around the issue of side-effects from Arnica, and I saw somewhere that humans can get a bit of a skin reaction to the veterinary preparations....

Well I swear by tiger balm liquid and balm. The white is good but the red works just as well. For me this allows me to move after class lol.

I never tried Arnica cream, but I usually go for the red tiger balm. Which would you guys perfer me to get?
