Pain killing rubs
I know theres arnica cream and icy hot. Recently a sempai of mine threw a small bottle of tiger balm which worked nicely on my neck.

Do any of you use rubs to relieve pain?

Tiger balm and Arnica cream - the ultimate in post training medicines! Well maybe ibuprofen as well.
