What are those training dummies and how do i find one?
there usually brown,and there modeled after a male human.the dummies have no arms,just chest,face,stomach,and back.people usually use them for workout purposes and in some dojos.if anyone knows what im talking about,how can i find one and how much do they cost? any info will be appreciated.

Are you talking about the BOB dummy from Century? I've seen them in Sears for about $150. You might want to check Craigslist though. I've seen them sold on there too.

yes Dent,those are it.there's a Sears a part of a mall not to far from where i live.$150 isn't to bad,thanks Dent and also is the BOB thingy any good? i've never used one before and is it better than a Punching Bag? the BOB is closer to a human opponent so it may be better...

Good, we're on the same page.

I think it depends on you. I think it's ok for the mental part of the striking, but I don't think it's hardy enough for real work.

A personal question: How big are you?
