Yes, but I keep losing the starting string. ![]() They're kind of a gimmicky thing though, and I can't say I've found it very useful. Osu!

Osu! I would think a nice heavy machinist's hammer, or light sledge hammer would offer the same benefit plus give you something to bash walnuts, tractor tires and persistent aluminium siding reps.

Yes, I have on of those.
I use it mainly when my arm goes numb from drawing with a mouse all day... I also lost the starter string, but I've learnt how to get it started by just running my thumb across it really quick. It's definitely a bit of a gimmick, but is allot lighter than keeping a dumbell in your gear bag. ![]() |
