Matsui Kancho's business card

This one is a little unusual...

Someone is offering Matsui Kancho's business card for sale on the auction site...10 people have bid already...it is up to over $20 already!

Seller said that he was given the card by someone from the media...

Very unusual indeed. Why not just walk into Honbu and try and get one of Kancho's business cards. I'm sure he has a whole stack of them ready to give away.

As you are probably aware, business cards in Japan, are usually only given face to face, with both people exchanging at the same time...

You never put a received business card in your wallet, then in your back pocket, as that would be concerned extrememly rude----sitting on the other person's face almost.

So, the fact that the seller has the card, even though it came to him from a media person (probably a tv director, or magazine writer) does have some merit.
