Does anyone here train at tokyo honbu (IKO1)?
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone on the forum trains at tokyo honbu (iko1). I am looking for a Sensei Takumi (don't know his surname) who has just returned from teaching a dojo in Melbourne, Australia. I was fortunate enough to have a few training sessions with him in Melbourne and would like to know that he has settled back into Honbu life well. Osu, thanks |

Sure do. Honbu is still going strong & I know they have a new 'elite program' that I think has several foreigners but I don't know if they are uchi deshi or if the uchi deshi program evolved into the elite program.
