Found it on Ebay.. i used to only look for oyama and kyokushin, but have recently tried seido, ashihara and some other names in kyokushin or related subjects.... this one popped up.. have two other books from Nakamura Shihan aswell and i like those so i decided to buy this one...

Starting to think that Ill go down the road of collecting any books related to Kyokushin or its cousins as well as what I currently collect - better start saving.

Nakamura Tadashi runs the most successful karate dojo in NYC, bar none. If you wish to emulate his success in karate, visiting his dojo on 23rd St. and reading his books are a good start.
