Clicker fighting (non contact points scoring)
I was wondering what your thoughts were on clicker fighting. I have been training for four months now and have spoken to only a few people who like this style of sparring. Some say it is no good for your knockdown, making you pull kicks and punches. Others just dismiss it totally as a waste of time. Personally I like the speed and tecnique aspect and regard it as a different discipline altogether with its own merits. Having yet to try a knockdown tournement I am looking forward to entering a clicker tourney to gain some experience on the matt, as i have never been in a situatuion like that.
Just thought i would gauge what people on here thought of clicker and its benefits or downfalls with regards to knockdown fighting. Anyway better get back to work now, meant to be doing paperwork!! ![]() ![]()

Thank you for the re-direct, Olrac. I am in favour of keeping separate threads on the same topic to a minimum. No offense to walshy, just a general reminder.
